Service Now is a tool for accessing internal IT services such as Support (including about Hardware issues), Azure Subscriptions, DNS Management, etc. It also acts as a knowledge base for some of the internal resources.

Workday​

Workday is the main tool for some of the HR processes such as onboarding and trainings. You can also find the org chart visualisation and some courses there.
